Hollywood Heights is a residential neighborhood in east Dallas. The neighborhood lies to the northwest of East Grand Avenue/SH 78, and is located in close proximity to the Tennison Park Golf Course.

Hollywood Heights is home to Lindsley park. Jubilee Park and and Community Center, and Randall Park are also nearby.
Neighborhood events are much a part of the Hollywood Heights area. The Hollywood Santa Monica Conservation District maintains a portion of its website for events and activities, and the calendar can be accessed here: http://www.hsmna.org/events.htm.
Residents of Hollywood Heights benefit from close access to White Rock Lake, the popular Lakewood neighborhood offering shopping and entertainment options, and the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden.
Hollywood Heights dates back to the 1920’s and is part of a special conservation district put in place to protect the neighborhood’s historic homes. Its sister subdivision, Santa Monica, is also part of this special district that was one of the first in Dallas. Many of the homes are pre- World War II, and were built in the Tudor style.
