Bryan Place is a residential neighborhood in east Dallas. It is located near the Arts District, State Thomas neighborhood, Deep Ellum, Cityplace and Munger Place.

Residents of the Bryan Place neighborhood are able use Exall Place Recreation Center. Within the Bryan Place community is a neighborhood pool and clubhouse, walking/running paths, and more.

Nestled in the shadows of downtown Dallas, Bryan Place residents are afforded a variety of shopping opportunities just a short drive or DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) ride away. Additionally, the Dallas Center for the Performing Arts, Dallas World Aquarium, the Art’s District museums, Deep Ellum attractions and dog park, the West End, Tom Landry Fitness Center, and Baylor Medical Center are nearby.
Bryan Place was named after John Neely Bryan, Dallas’ founder. The idea behind Bryan Place was to create a neighborhood with with reduced traffic, pedestrian friendly streets and elegant homes. Bryan Place contains an interesting mix of commercial and residential architecture, and Dallas’ skyline can be seen from this neighborhood.
