If you want to tap into your artistic side, Ardor Studio has you covered. Now through August, the studio will be hosting its BYOB Painting Party where you can let your artistic expression shine. Or, you might wish to enjoy one of the other events and workshops the studio has planned for July and the upcoming months.

Ardor Studio has already started its BYOB Painting Party classes, but it is still not too late to join in on the fun. In fact, the studio will be hosting the event on Fridays and Saturdays from now until August 29th from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

At the BYOB Painting Party, you will receive instruction from the studio’s experienced art instructors. All skill levels are welcome, as the party focuses more on the joy of painting than on technique. This is not to say the event doesn’t help you hone your artistic skills as well, as the instructors do provide one-on-one guidance to participants as they work on a fun group art project with other participants. Participants are invited to bring a bottle of wine, beer or other beverages to enjoy.

The cost to participate in the event is $40, but the studio offers a “Buy One, Get One Free” deal. Therefore, if you bring along a friend or a loved one, the cost is effectively $20 per person. While the studio does not provide alcoholic beverages, participants are welcome to bring drinks. Therefore, the event is restricted to those who are 21-years-old or older. You must also bring an ID to participate in the event. All of the necessary art supplies are provided, as well as a pressure-free environment with professional instructors

Fine Art Workshops, Summer Camps and Meditative Art All in Dallas

While official dates are yet to be released, Ardor Studio is also making plans to offer fine art workshops this month. The workshops will be geared toward helping participants fine-tune their abilities to draw and paint, with a particular emphasis on acrylic painting. The workshops will guide participants through basic techniques to prepare them to take on more challenging projects on their own.

For the younger artists, the studio will also offer a Creative Summer Camp this month. The summer camp will be designed to help stimulate the creativity of children as they learn new artistic skills and techniques.

Ardor Studio will also soon be offering Meditative Art classes. These classes will focus on achieving mindfulness meditation through art while embracing its healing effects. The studio is located at 17290 Preston Road, Suite 114 in Dallas. Prices and dates for the fine arts workshops, summer camps and meditative art classes are yet to be released.
