Should you elect to wire funds please verify the instructions directly from the title company by calling them to confirm verbally the wire instructions accuracy. Do not rely on instructions or information provided in the emails (or other electronic format) from the title companies. Never wire money without first confirming verbally that wire instructions are correct. Avoid potential wire fraud by bringing funds to the title company via a cashier check.
