Casa Linda Shopping Center, Casa Linda Estates, Old Lake Highlands, Eastwood, and Dallas’s White Rock Lake Park border Lake Park Estates, and residents benefit from easy access to each of these communities and attractions.
White Rock Lake Park and Dog Park are perfect contributions to the Lake Park Estates neighborhood. West Lake Park is also convenient and a popular place for local residents.

White Rock Lake is the primary attraction in the area, and offers residents 1,015 acres of recreation space. There are over nine miles of hiking and biking trails, a bird watching area and wetlands site, scenic picnic areas, fishing piers, and the White Rock Bath House Cultural Center. Residents are close to Casa Linda Shopping Center and shopping is available there.
Lake Park Estates was mostly developed in the 1950’s and 60’s. Driving around the neighborhood, you might think you were in Ireland, as the street names are all named after Irish locations of themes. There is a notable home here by architect Glenn Allen Galaway, although most homes are in the traditional ranch style.
