William joins the company with a deep-seated passion for the industry and a leadership philosophy rooted in abundance, education, and agent empowerment.

In his new role, William will oversee the growth and development of agents in the San Antonio market. As a graduate of the Ninja Selling and Ninja Leadership programs, he is dedicated to helping agents build sustainable, values-driven businesses by maximizing their individual strengths.

Real estate is in William’s DNA. Raised in the industry in Centennial, Colorado, he learned the business alongside his father, a veteran broker with over 30 years of experience. Before returning to his real estate roots seven years ago to serve the San Antonio metro area, William enjoyed a successful career in international education in Florence, Italy.

His diverse professional background—which includes experience in higher education and the performing arts—has uniquely shaped his approach to leadership, specifically in the realms of clear communication, mentorship, and building trust-based relationships.

Outside of real estate, William resides in San Antonio with his wife, Anna, and their son, Auri. An Italian speaker with an appreciation for opera and art history, William also remains active in the community through his support of the Fight Farber Foundation, Read Across America and with his son’s preschool.
