I could not find a link for reviews so I'm posting this as a review of Sabrina's realtor performance, : Sabrina Fernando acted as our realtor for the recent sale of our Colleyville home. We could not have had a better experience. with her. She is a seasoned professional who knows the business and the area and who truly cares about her clients. Watering plants, checking alarm systems, making certain that all doors were locked and lights out after showings, there was nothing she wouldn't do for us, despite her busy schedule. Her diligence in following up after showings and her good relationships with other realtors paid off very well for us. After one contract fell through, she picked up the reins immediately, reached out to all contacts and we received another offer shortly thereafter.
