As the teams compete against one another, college scouts from all over the state come to see what the players have to offer.

Before the actual tournament takes place at the Dallas International Soccer Festival, coaches and their teams have the opportunity to train on high-quality fields. The tournament itself will take place at MoneyGram Park on 19 grass and turf fields, all of which have lights.

All participating players must have been born on or after January 1, 1998 but no later than January 1, 2004 in order to participate.
