Greenland Hills is a residential neighborhood in east Dallas. The area is commonly known as “the  M Streets” because of the proximity of McCommas and Monticello streets, two major thoroughfares, and Morningside, Mercedes, and Merrimac streets on a lesser scale.

There are many original homes in Greenland Hills  that date back to the 1920s. Styles here are mostly Tudor in style, with original details preserved, like high-gabled roofs, stained glass windows, arches, and hardwood floors. Homes here tend to resemble English cottages and the community is built on rolling hills.
