Casa Linda Estates is a residential neighborhood in east Dallas. Homes here are close to White Rock Lake, and the neighborhood is situated to the south of Garland Road. Homes in Casa Linda Estates are one-acre or larger, and the streets are tree-lined and winding.

In addition to city parks, White Rock Lake serves as a recreation center to the residents of Casa Linda Estates. Here, visitors can use the nine-mile trail at White Rock Lake Park for hiking, walking, running, and cycling. There are several places to fish, and sailing is also permitted. The lake is closed to swimming and motorized boats, however.

Residents are in close proximity to White Rock Lake, the Bath House Cultural Center, the Dallas Arboretum, and the historic Casa Linda Shopping Center. More commonly known as Casa Linda Plaza, this is one of the oldest shopping centers in Dallas.
Casa Linda Estates was completed by the 1950s. Architectural styles vary here, but there are some excellent examples of Spanish Colonial Revival Style architecture. The area is covered with trees, and many homes have elaborate landscaping schemes. The area was developed in four sections.
